It helps new teams move through setup in a visible, recoverable way so administrators can see what has been completed and what still needs attention.

What onboarding tracks

Onboarding progress is recorded per guided tour or setup flow. That means teams can complete onboarding incrementally instead of treating it as one all-or-nothing event.

This is useful when:

  • different team members own different parts of setup
  • rollout happens across several sessions
  • administrators need visibility into incomplete adoption steps
